Atsushi Honma, phD

Atsushi Honma is a graduate of the Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology. He continued his graduate studies at the Department of Food Function and Conservation Science and later the Department of Applied Life Sciences at the same school. Honma received his phD from the latter department in 2010.
