Maple Laboratory Inc. pursues the research and development Japanese maple leaf foods and drinks. We innovate in areas such as taste, ingredients research, process method, and applications for nutraceutical foods. We base this work exclusively on materials from our maple farm. In our laboratory, we are continuing to study the functionality and components of maple plants as well as cultivation methods and characteristics of the seeds. We analyze the colour, shapes and healthy substances in Japanese maple leaves, with the goal of making products reflecting Japanese nature and beauty.
