Momiji-cha Latte Ice cream
We use maple tea made with the Shirakawa tea manufacturing method, boiling it in milk. We mix with maple tea powder. Only 100% pure Japanese maple is used. The ice cream has a rich taste reminiscent of royal milk tea. The product contains maple polyphenols.
Moyuruha Sorbet Ice cream
We make this sorbet by mixing yuzu flesh and juice with generous amounts of maple extract. This gives the ice cream the beautiful red colour of the Japanese maple. The bitterness of maple and yuzu contributes to the taste of a truly high-class sherbet for adults. Contains maple anthocyanin.
